Okay so. I come out of the bathroom. The door automatically unlocks when you open it, I'm not worried.

 

Jen decides she has to use the facilities. Okay.

 

She goes. Tries to open the door.

 

I don't remember what she said, something like "What idiot locked us out of the bathroom?"...

 

ME. Okay. How do I get out of this situation.

 

There's no LOCK on the outside of the door. There's no way to get in. The card thing doesn't work.

 

So there's the shower bathorom... Jennifer and I try to experiment, what went wrong, we find out, and I try to figure out what we can stick in the little hole.

 

An eraser from a pencil? No. A pen? No. Open scissors?......................... CLOSED SCISSORS? YES.

 

Sweeeet. I'm so smart.

hey delia and anyone else reading this....saskia here and in addition to begging delia to call me i would like to bring up my very unfortunate position at the moment. i desperately need a babysitter for this 1 yr old im supposed to watch tomorrow at 7:30. i need ANYBODY at this point. so if u can....call me....or respond to this...thank u for ur time.

dont worry delia, i wouldnt go for any1 i thought wasnt qualified. they switched their dinner reservations to next week so its all good now. and was that leslie who just commented? thanks anyway, i would have trusted u to do it
